As part of the Enhancing Human Rights Protections in the Security Sector in the Asia Pacific (EHRP) project, a number of publications have been produced and are available here. These include a How-To guide on running a prevention program and a series of Issues Papers and that are intended to provide individuals and organisations that are interested in human rights and security sectors with information about the work we conducted under the project. Their principal purpose is to share our experiences and findings so that others will be better placed to assess, transform, refine and sharpen their own prevention strategies. Each Issues Paper looks at different aspects of the Enhancing Human Rights Project. They can be read individually but are best read as a series within the context of the overall project.
The EHRP project was carried out by a large team of researchers and project managers, all of whom made important contributions to the material presented in this Issues Papers series and our other EHRP publications. While the researchers have not been named as authors on the particular Issues Papers, their contribution was critical to the work that is presented in them. Members of the full EHRP research team are: Kaushalya Ariyarathna, Danielle Celermajer, Aastha Dahal, Paula Gleeson, Kiran Grewal, Rohit Karki, Vidura Munasinghe, Anna Noonan and Pradeep Pathak.
These publications may not be produced in whole or part, without the explicit permission of the author.
